ITQ is a new qualification focused on the most commonly used software packages today, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and others.

Who's this Course For?

There are three ITQ streams, each tailored to different levels of experience. You will be assessed to identify the level that best suits your needs.

BASIC IT is designed for students with minimal or no experience in using computers.

ITQ Entry Level 3 is intended for students who have a greater familiarity with using computers.

ITQ Level 1 is tailored for students who are comfortable using computers on a daily basis but wish to learn how to apply computer skills in an office environment.

ITQ Level 2 is intended for students with more advanced experience in using computers who wish to become acquainted with more complex software features.

IT Professional Level 2 covers installation and configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, basic systems support for hardware and software, online safety, customer service, and the fundamentals of home computer networking.

We have weekend and evening classes available.
